Most plain, lactose free cheeses and regular cheeses contain no sucrose or maltose.
Sucrose and maltose are not naturally found in plain cheese, whether it's lactose free or regular cheese. Unless ingredients containing sugar have been added for flavouring or processing, most natural cheeses contain virtually none.
So, if you're choosing a plain cheese, it's likely to contain no sucrose or maltose. If you're choosing a flavoured cheese, it may have added ingredients that contain sugar. Check the nutrition information panel for the sugars value and review the ingredients list for any added sugars.
