Regular full cream milk naturally contains both A1 and A2 protein, but there is no set percentage of each as the proportions can vary.

Milk contains different types of proteins, one of them is beta-casein, which comes in two forms: A1 and A2. Most regular cow’s milk contains both A1 and A2 proteins, but some farmers selectively breed cows to produce milk with only A2 protein.

There isn’t a set percentage of A1 and A2 protein in regular full cream milk. The proportions can vary depending on the breed and genetics of the cows whose milk makes up the supply, so the balance of A1 and A2 will not necessarily be the same across different milk supplies.

However, whether milk contains a combination of A1 and A2 or only A2 protein, both are natural components of milk and are healthy to drink.
