That’s because milk is a nutritional powerhouse and contain essential nutrients such as high-quality-protein, calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and zinc, plus vitamins A, B12, riboflavin, niacin and iodine.  

Small nutritional differences can occur due to factors like season, cow’s genetic makeup and diet or where the milk is produced.
