Stay on a dairy farm

A 376-hectare working dairy farm with stunning valley views. Stay overnight, meet the herd, join a tour and experience the quiet rhythm of farm life.

Sapphire Coast Dairy and Homestead is a 376-hectare operating dairy farm in Greendale, New South Wales, just outside Bega. Home to a 250-head Holstein herd, the farm offers visitors the chance to experience dairying alongside beautiful natural surrounds.

Guests can join farm tours, see cows being milked, and learn how pastures are grown, hay is made and silage stored. For those staying overnight, accommodation is available right on the property, complete with hot showers, an undercover area in the old dairy, and even an outdoor bath with sweeping views of the valley.

Set next to Biamanga National Park, the farm is also rich in eucalyptus forest, rainforest gullies and native wildlife, from bellbirds to lyrebirds. It’s a place to slow down, connect with the land and gain a deeper appreciation for dairy farming.

Whether you’re visiting for the day or staying under the stars, Sapphire Coast Dairy and Homestead blends working farm life with warm hospitality and stunning scenery.
