This creamy whipped feta is a fresh twist on a classic dip - zesty lemon, cool mint and a drizzle of honey make it impossible to stop at one bite!

Ingredients

  • 200g feta
  • 1/2 cup Greek or natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • handful of fresh mint leaves
  • cracked black pepper

To serve

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon hot honey or normal honey
  • fresh mint leaves
  • 300g crackers of your choice

Method

  1. Place all dip ingredients into a high speed food processor or blender and pulse until smooth and creamy, adding more yoghurt if you prefer a creamier style of dip.
  2. Serve on a platter with crackers, a drizzle of honey, olive oil and sprinkle of fresh mint leaves.
