This creamy whipped feta is a fresh twist on a classic dip - zesty lemon, cool mint and a drizzle of honey make it impossible to stop at one bite!
Ingredients
- 200g feta
- 1/2 cup Greek or natural yoghurt
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- handful of fresh mint leaves
- cracked black pepper
To serve
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon hot honey or normal honey
- fresh mint leaves
- 300g crackers of your choice
Method
- Place all dip ingredients into a high speed food processor or blender and pulse until smooth and creamy, adding more yoghurt if you prefer a creamier style of dip.
- Serve on a platter with crackers, a drizzle of honey, olive oil and sprinkle of fresh mint leaves.
