These strawberry yoghurt bliss balls are a fun, fruity snack that kids love. Soft, sweet and packed with goodness for lunchboxes or after-school treats!

Ingredients

  • 110g strawberry yoghurt
  • 2-3 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup if you would like a sweeter option
  • Optional add ins: Chia seeds, flaxseeds or coconut

Method

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine the yoghurt with 1 cup of almond flour.
  2. Add the extra almond flour, 1/2 cup at a time until the batter is rollable.
  3. Roll the batter into 6 even sized bliss balls and place into an airtight container.
  4. Place the container into the fridge for at least 2 hours to firm up.
