Overnight Weetbix Tiramisu is a healthy twist on the classic dessert. A high fibre, protein-packed treat ready by morning.

Ingredients

  • 8 weetbix
  • 90ml brewed coffee
  • 4 teaspoons maple syrup if you would like a sweeter version (optional) 
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 700g vanilla or greek yoghurt
  • ¼ cup cocoa or cacao powder

Method

  1. Split all of the ingredients into 4 and create your meal prep bowls!
  2. Start by crumbling the weetbix into each bowl, top with the coffee pour and milk.
  3. Spread the yoghurt over the weetbix as the next layer and sift the cocoa powder over the top of the overnight weetbix.
  4. These bowls can be stored covered in the fridge for up to 3-4 days
