Overnight Weetbix Tiramisu is a healthy twist on the classic dessert. A high fibre, protein-packed treat ready by morning.
Ingredients
- 8 weetbix
- 90ml brewed coffee
- 4 teaspoons maple syrup if you would like a sweeter version (optional)
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 700g vanilla or greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup cocoa or cacao powder
Method
- Split all of the ingredients into 4 and create your meal prep bowls!
- Start by crumbling the weetbix into each bowl, top with the coffee pour and milk.
- Spread the yoghurt over the weetbix as the next layer and sift the cocoa powder over the top of the overnight weetbix.
- These bowls can be stored covered in the fridge for up to 3-4 days
