Miso Sesame & Honey Haloumi BBQ Skewers

Fire up the BBQ for these irresistible haloumi skewers, finished with a silky miso dressing, honey drizzle and nutty sesame crunch.
Ingredients
- 180g haloumi cheese
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup Greek or natural yoghurt
To serve
- honey
- sea salt and cracked black pepper
- sesame seeds
Method
- Slice the haloumi cheese straight down the middle lengthwise in 4 sections. You should now be left with 4 thick, wide and long pieces which are able to be placed carefully onto 4 skewers.
- Heat a BBQ and BBQ the haloumi skewers for a few minutes either side or until they are charred and slightly gooey.
- Remove from the heat and allow them to cool.
- Make the miso dressing in a small bowl by combining the miso paste with the water, whisking until smooth.
- Add the yoghurt and fold through until creamy and smooth.
- Drizzle the haloumi skewers with the miso yoghurt dressing, top with a drizzle of honey, extra sea salt and cracked black pepper and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
