Easy Flatbread with Paprika Yoghurt Dipping Sauce

Fresh off the BBQ, these fluffy flatbreads with creamy paprika yoghurt dip are a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients
Flatbread
- 250g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt or natural yoghurt
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- sprinkle chopped parsley
Paprika yoghurt dip
- 1 cup Greek or natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- sprinkle of chopped parsley
- sprinkle sea salt and cracked black pepper
Method
- To make the flatbread, combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to combine the mixture to a dough.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead a few times until smooth and combined well.
- Slice the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece out into a medium sized flat circle.
- Place each flatbread onto the BBQ to cook, cook on a high temperature for 5 minutes each side or until charred to your liking (you can also cook these in a large frying pan with a little oil).
- To make the dip, simply whisk all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
Handy Tips
If the flatbread dough is too sticky to roll out and sticks to the rolling pin, adjust the flour as needed working with an extra tablespoon at a time.
