Rich, gooey and irresistibly crisp, these Brie Cheese Airfryer Stuffed Mushrooms are the ultimate entertainer’s delight! Ready in under 15 minutes, they combine earthy portobello mushrooms, creamy brie or camembert, and a crunchy garlic breadcrumb topping.
Ingredients
- 6 large portobello mushrooms, stems gently removed
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- pinch of finely chopped parsley
- sea salt and cracked black pepper
- 200g brie or camembert cheese, sliced into thin wedges (aiming for 3x slices per mushroom)
To serve
- Extra finely chopped parsley
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup honey
- sea salt and cracked black pepper
Method
- Combine the breadcrumbs with the garlic, parsley and salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the cheese slices onto each mushroom and top with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the mushrooms into an air fryer basket and air fry the mushrooms on ‘Airfry 180 Degrees’ for 7 minutes.
- Air fry the mushrooms until crispy and golden.
- Remove the fryer and drizzle with honey. Serve with an extra sprinkling of finely chopped parsley and salt and pepper.
