Pyengana Cheese

In the remote North East of Tasmania, the farmers of Pyengana have been creating some of Australia’s finest artisan farmhouse cheeses from rich, creamy milk for over 130 years.

Pyengana Dairy are known for handcrafting the traditional cheese recipe, unique to the Pyengana valley, that is adored by chefs and cheese judges, winning an abundance of awards across Australia.

Visitors are given the chance to soak up the sun on the scenic deck with a gourmet platter and matching Tasmanian wine or beer, whilst taking in the picturesque Tasmanian farm setting while the cows come and go.

Ashgrove Cheese

Ashgrove has been one of Australia's finest family-owned and operated paddock to plate dairy processors for over 24 years.

Onsite, visitors are given a taste of the finest creamy ice-cream, fresh bottled milk, cheese, cream and butter. They also get to stock up on provisions made from gourmet Tasmanian produce such as cheese platters, grilled cheese sandwiches and local roasted coffee with Ashgrove award winning milk.

Van Diemans Land Creamery

At Van Diemans Land Creamery, located in Elizabeth Town, all products are handmade with the finest ingredients to produce high quality and delicious tasting ice cream. With over 24 flavours to choose from, there is something for everyone.

The Van Diemans Land Creamery café offers visitors more than just a lick of ice-cream, with a variety of coffees, banana pancakes and other sweet treats available to order.
