Master mashed potato with a twist with this easy recipe.
Ingredients3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
300g sweet potato, peeled and chopped
25g butter, chopped
1/4 cup milk, warmed
1/3 cup grated swiss-style cheese
Try mixing in a little stewed apple for youngsters not too keen on mash.

- Boil, steam or microwave potatoes separately until tender. Drain, if required.
- Place both types of potatoes in one saucepan and cook over low heat, shaking saucepan to evaporate excess moisture.
- Remove from heat and mash until smooth. Add butter, milk and cheese and stir with a wooden spoon until creamy.
