Nothing better than on a hot summer's day enjoying a cool refreshing popsicle.


375g can reduced fat evaporated milk
440g can crushed pineapple
1/2-1 teaspoon finely grated lime rind

Freeze popsicle mixture in in ice cubes trays and add to fruit smoothies for a quick citrus zing and extra calcium boost!

  1. Blend milk, pineapple and lime in a blender until well combined.
  2. Pour mixture into icy pole moulds and push an icy pole stick two thirds of the way in. Freeze until firm.
