These cute appetisers come together in minutes and make a great pass-around with drinks, or addition to a grazing board.
Ingredients
10 slices prosciutto, cut into strips lengthways200g tub (approximately 20) bocconcini cheese
20 x 15cm bamboo skewers
20 basil leaves
20 cherry tomatoes
20 pitted kalamata olives
balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Method
- Wrap prosciutto strips around each bocconcini. Thread one prosciutto wrapped bocconcini onto a skewer, followed by a basil leaf, a tomato and an olive. Repeat with remaining skewers and ingredients.
- Serve drizzled with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil as part of an antipasto platter.
