Collaboratively, they will create a flowchart that outlines the key stages in the dairy sector supply chain to develop an understanding of the processes involved. 

You will use your creativity to design a recipe card for a dairy product, using their knowledge of the dairy supply chain and the production and processing methods used in the Australian dairy industry. A case study of an innovative dairy farm will be used to illustrate how automation technology is shaping the future of Australian dairy
