Exploring Sustainability in the Dairy Supply Chain

Lesson objective

In this lesson, students will explore the three pillars of sustainability environmental, social, and economic and their relevance to personal, community, and agricultural practices. 

You will study the Australian dairy industry’s sustainability commitments, analyse 2023 Sustainability Report data, and track the dairy industry’s progress toward 2030 targets. You will also examine supply chain impacts and investigate sustainability practices through case studies, presenting their findings to peers.
