Which has higher calories out of cows milk and plant alternatives?

On average, cow’s milk and soy milk contain between 113-281 calories per 100g depending on the fat content, almond milk contains 143 calories per 100g (could be higher if added sugar is present), and oat milk contains 222 calories per 100g.

Cow’s milk and alternatives like soy, almond and oat milk are available as full fat and reduced fat varieties and the amount of calories will vary accordingly. Some alternative milks are sweetened with sugar and this will further increase the calorie content.
