Not seeing your question? Time to ask! Submit your dairy query through our website and we'll get cracking on delivering your answer. We'll need your first name, email address and state (sorry, we can only respond to folks in Australia!).
When and how will I receive a response?
Shortly after you’ve sent your question, you'll receive a confirmation email. If your question meets our Terms of Use, our expert team will roll up their sleeves and get to work.
We aim to respond within 2-3 business days, although some questions might require gathering additional experts, which means it could take a bit longer.
If we’ve already answered a similar question, we'll point you straight to it! If not, we'll craft a fresh response and post it on our website, sending you an email when it's live and ready for your viewing.
