Giorgio Linguanti brought a little piece of Sicily to Thomastown back in 2008, and cheese lovers have been thanking him ever since.  

His award-winning operation, That’s Amore Cheese, is where traditional Italian cheesemaking meets Victorian dairy, and the results speak for themselves. 

Using locally sourced cow and buffalo milk, Giorgio crafts authentic Italian-style cheeses loved by locals and visitors alike. 

But it gets even better: the Cheesery is also a full cafe and deli experience. Open seven days a week, you can sample house-made cheeses alongside gourmet groceries and cafe dishes that celebrate the Italian way of doing things.
