Ingredients

200g Greek-style natural yoghurt
2 teaspoons LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond) mix
1/3 cup red grapes, halved
1 tablespoon pepita seeds

Method

  1. Place yoghurt in a serving bowl or container, sprinkle with LSA and top with grapes and pepitas.
