Kick-start your day with this this summery, no-fuss smoothie bowl, by dietitian Joel Feren. It has all the noms without all the hard-to-find ingredients and best of all it's good for your bones too!
Ingredients
2/3 cup oats
2/3 cup milk
1 mango cheek
1 banana, ½ in bowl + ½ for topping
100g Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup ice
coconut and chia seeds, for topping

Method
- Add all the ingredients (except toppings) to a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Pour contents into a bowl.
- Top with remaining banana, chia seeds and coconut, before enjoying with a spoon!
Handy Tips
Add a little extra milk to make this smoothie thinner for drinking if preferred.
