The unique combination of strawberry and basil is absolutely delicious and refreshing.

Ingredients

1 punnet (250g) strawberries, hulled
2 cups milk
1 cup strawberry yoghurt
15 basil leaves
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 scoops (60g) vanilla protein powder

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

If protein recovery powder is unavailable substitute with skim milk powder
