These cute appetisers come together in minutes and make a great pass-around with drinks, or addition to a grazing board.

Ingredients

10 slices prosciutto, cut into strips lengthways
200g tub (approximately 20) bocconcini cheese
20 x 15cm bamboo skewers
20 basil leaves
20 cherry tomatoes
20 pitted kalamata olives
balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling

Method

  1. Wrap prosciutto strips around each bocconcini. Thread one prosciutto wrapped bocconcini onto a skewer, followed by a basil leaf, a tomato and an olive. Repeat with remaining skewers and ingredients.
  2. Serve drizzled with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil as part of an antipasto platter.
