Serve these umami packed wafers with drinks for a simple and elegant pre-dinner nibble.
Ingredients
1 cup (80g) finely grated parmesan
2 teaspoons plain flour
2 teaspoons finely shredded nori sheets
2 teaspoons plain flour
2 teaspoons finely shredded nori sheets
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Place a 5-6 cm round cutter onto a baking paper lined oven tray. Drop 2 teaspoonfuls of mixture into the cutter and spread to the sides to form perfect rounds. Remove the cutter and repeat with remaining mixture.
- Bake at 180°C for 5-7 minutes until golden and bubbling. Cool on trays until crisp then serve as a pre-dinner nibble with drinks.

Tip: These crisps can be kept for a couple of days in an airtight container.
