Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 cup vanilla yoghurt
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
1 cup vanilla yoghurt

Method
- Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute or until
- thick and smooth.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
