This Indian inspired drink is so refreshing and perfect to accompany spicy foods.
Ingredients
1 cup natural yoghurt, chilled
1 cup milk, chilled
2 tablespoons caster sugar
3/4 cup chopped fresh or frozen mango
1 cup milk, chilled

Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
Handy Tips
Substitute the mango for
100g frozen raspberries and 1-2 drops of rosewater or 100g mixed berries
Substitute mango for banana
Add one or two drops of coconut essence to this lassi for a tropical twist.
