Butter + jam + a little extra, whipped together into a cloud of perfection! A thoughtful offering to spread on crumpets, toast or croissants.
Ingredients
125g unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/3 cup raspberry jam
2 teaspoons rosewater
1/3 cup strawberry jam
1 tablespoon finely chopped mint

Method
- Beat butter with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add desired flavourings and continue beating until well mixed.
- Serve immediately on toast, scones, crumpets or pancakes or refrigerate until required.

Jam Butter will keep for several days stored in the refrigerator.
