Fruit and Chocolate Muesli Slice

Perfect for growing kids, this slice is packed with all the goodness of oats, dried fruit and seeds with a little drizzle of chocolate for extra appeal!
Ingredients
1 cup self-raising flour
1/4 cup milk powder
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup sultanas
1/3 cup chopped dried apricots
1/3 cup chopped dried dates
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 eggs
30g dark chocolate, melted
1 tablespoon shredded coconut, extra
1/4 cup milk powder
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup sultanas

1/3 cup chopped dried dates
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter, melted

30g dark chocolate, melted

Method
- Combine flour, milk powder, coconut, sugar, seeds, oats and dried fruit in a large bowl. Whisk together the milk, butter and eggs, pour into flour mixture and gently mix until just combined.
- Pour mixture into a baking paper lined 30x15cm slice pan and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until firm. Stand slice in pan for 15 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut into 16 pieces, then drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with extra coconut.
