Cheesey Noodle Spiders

Make a batch of these 2 ingredient cheesy noodle spiders and watch them fly off the tray. They are a great snack for kids to get involved in making and fabulous for lunchboxes.
Ingredients
1 x 72g packet 2 minute noodles, cooked without flavouring
3/4 cup grated reduced fat cheddar cheese
3/4 cup grated reduced fat cheddar cheese
Method
- Use kitchen scissors to roughly snip noodles into short lengths, toss with cheese and divide into 10 piles on a baking paper lined tray.
- Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden. Cool on tray for 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Serve warm or cool.
Handy Tips
Cheesey Noodle Spiders are a great afterschool snack or the perfect accompaniment to a bowl of warm soup.
These spiders are best served on the day they are made but will keep in an airtight container in a cool dry place for a day. Refresh for 3-5 minutes in a warm oven or airfryer before serving if desired.
