425g can apricots or other canned fruit in natural juice, drained
2 x 200g vanilla yoghurt

Method
- Layer ingredients in order of listing into 4 individual containers with lids.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days, until required. Stir together just before serving.
