Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, so don't skip it, enjoy this breakfast whether at your desk, in the car or even have it pre-made to enjoy at home.

Ingredients

140g your favourite wholegrain cereal
425g can apricots or other canned fruit in natural juice, drained
2 x 200g vanilla yoghurt

Method

  1. Layer ingredients in order of listing into 4 individual containers with lids.
  2. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days, until required. Stir together just before serving.

Use your favourite canned fruit and flavoured yoghurt combination.
This is an ideal after school snack for kids.
