Serve this bircher muesli as part of a brunch for a group of friends.
Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped toasted macadamia nuts
1/2 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
3 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup toasted shredded coconut
1/4 cup dried apricots
2/3 cup sultanas
1/4 cup pepitas
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
3 cups vanilla flavoured yoghurt
Fresh seasonal fruit, for serving

Method
- Combine nuts, oats, shredded coconut, dried fruit, spices and orange juice in a bowl and refrigerate, covered, overnight. Stir in half the yoghurt and serve with extra fruit and yoghurt.
