Lesson objective
This lesson encourages students to explore key aspects of wellbeing, with a focus on nutritious foods. They will explore what a balanced diet looks like, investigate food groups, and understand how nutrition benefits the body. Students will connect these ideas to their daily lives and begin completing a lifestyle diary in order to understand the contributions of food to the overall support of their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
