B-d Farm Paris Creek Swiss Style Quark is produced using biodynamic farming methods on the company's property at Paris Creek in South Australia. Swiss style quark is manufactured in a similar style to yogurt, using whole milk which gives it a mild creaminess. The slight acidity and smooth texture is ideal for cooking and baking.

B-d Farm Paris Creek Pty Ltd, SA. Since 1990, this family business has produced milk, quark and yogurts in superb biodynamic style at its manufacturing plant located on the farm, using its own dairy herd.

Heidi Farm Raclette is a semi-hard cheese with a deliciously intense perfume and a mild, nutty flavour. During its making, the rind of the cheese is washed and scrubbed, promoting flavour development and ripening. It has a supple, satiny interior that lends itself perfectly to melting.

Heidi Farm is located in North West Tasmania, and strives to produce quality farmhouse European style cheeses

Ashgrove Double Gloucester is made using whole milk from the farm's own herd. These dairy cows produce milk with a slightly higher fat content than the standard used for Double Gloucester, resulting in an incredibly smooth textured cheese. Ashgrove Double Gloucester is matured for 6 months which produces a mild but rich cheddar flavour. The addition of Annatto provides this cheese with its distinct golden colour.

Ashgrove Cheese is located in Elizabeth Town, Northern Tasmania and has been owned and operated by the Bennett family since 1993. Ashgrove Cheese specialises in English-style cheeses such as Cheddar, Red Leicester, Double Gloucester and Cheshire.

Jindi Cheese was founded in 1985 on a family owned farm in the dairy district surrounding Jindivick in Gippsland, Victoria. Only the highest quality milk from cows grazing on the lush grasses of Jindivick is used to produce Jindi Cheese.

The Barossa Valley Cheese Company opened its doors nearly 5 years ago, in Angaston South Australia. Using fresh milk sourced daily, directly from a local dairy, The Barossa Valley Cheese Co. specialise in hand-made soft white mould, washed rind and fresh cheese styles.

Jannei Goat Dairy begun 13 years ago when owners Neil and Janette Watson made a sea change to their property in Lidsdale, NSW. The dairy uses milk from its own goats to produce a range of both fresh and matured goat's cheeses.

Yarra Valley Dairy is part of the property "Hubertswood", owned by Mary and Leo Mooney. The slopes on the property are cultivated to grow lush pastures that are enjoyed by 500 top quality cattle that are milked twice daily to produce the dairy's renowned French and Italian style specialty cheese.
