PROFILE OF A QUALITY COORDINATOR
Michelle worked as laboratory technician with Port Curtis Dairy, Bundaberg, Queesnland.
After the factory closed, she moved to the Sunshine Coast where she joined Pauls
Parmalat, Nambour.
As quality coordinator, she manages the laboratory operations ensuring thermometers and
recording equipment are calibrated, testing product and reporting results to the
production group. She oversees internal and external auditing of the quality system.
Michelle is a qualified internal auditor and visits other Pauls factories to audit their
processes.
Michelle studied the Graduate Diploma of Dairy Technology to assist her understand the
complexities of milk chemistry and microbiology and the different product technologies.
This has greatly helped her with her work of ensuring customers expectations are meet.
